DN640 Restoration...

Stripped down, ready for the "buffing pad".

I used a 3-stage polishing process to get her wet, glossy finish back.

Below are the electronics I pulled from the guitar.  The switches and pots were dirty, gummy and practically non-functioning.  I could have attempted to repair them with contact cleaner, but I felt installing all new electronics was the best way to go.

The vintage M22 pickups were fine, so I didn't replace them.

 Hardware removed from the guitar

Here she is all buffed out and cleaned up.

Waiting on bass strings, electronics and tuning keys
